There are more ways to earn a few extra money and giftcards other than just surveys. One of my favorites is SwagBucks. You earn points just for doing searching or offers then you can turn around and cash them in for giftcards and other things. I can normally cash out for 5 $5 giftcards a month. Go here to sign up.
There is also Irazoo which has a lot in common with swagbucks. You still get points for searches and you can cash out for gift cards. They do take a little bit longer to send the gift cards out but they do come. Average time around a month for you to receive the code after cashing out. Go here to start earning points.
Last but surely not least is Cant Beat Free. The only difference with this one is that you do offers to earn points and cash out for giftcards. You can sign up here.
